Serving: For four to six people 四到六人份:
The Body 布丁:
  • 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk. 一罐煉乳
  • 1 can (170ml) of Kashta Cream 鮮奶油
  • 85ml of milk 鮮奶
  • 3 eggs 三顆蛋
    ​
Caramel Sauce 焦糖:
  • 1 cup of sugar 一杯白糖
  • 1/2 cup of water  水

Steps步驟: 
  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    烤箱預熱至175度
  2. Pour the water and sugar in a heavy sauce pan, melt over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar becomes a golden brown syrup. (Roughly about 10-15 minutes). See the picture below, pour it into a round baking dish from the edge, swirling so that the syrup coats all sides of the dish. Set aside to let it cool. 
    在一個深鍋裡倒入糖跟水,用中火煮到糖融化,當糖漿的顏色從金黃色變成漂亮的琥珀色時,關火把糖漿沿著烤盤淋下去~
  3. In a blender, blend the body (1 can of the condensed milk, kasha cream, milk and 3 eggs)  all together for 3 minutes. Pour the mixing over the syrup in the baking dish.
    把煉乳、鮮奶油、鮮奶、三顆蛋用果汁機打3分鐘再倒入烤盤裡。
  4. Fill roasting pan with boiling water to reach halfway up the sides of the baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. To check if it's good, stick a fork into the pudim, if nothing stick (or not too much stick) then it's good! 
    準備一個耐熱淺盤,放入布丁烤盤,再注入一半高度的熱水,烘烤45分鐘

  5. Allow the pudim to cool before unmolding onto a plate. Put a big serving plate over the baking dish, flip it over! Refrigerate before serving.
    ​烤好後可用叉子搓一搓,沒有沾黏太多就可以了喔~放涼後用刀子在布丁周畫一圈,把盤子放在烤盤上直接反轉360度布丁就脫盤可進冰箱冷藏啦~
